Hi guys..welcome to my blog.. its my second post for the day :-) okay lets directly jump into the subject.. it is a review on the fair n lovely bb cream. bb creams are the best invention made by the human kind.. i love bb and cc creams.. it just makes the work easier. I have done a comparative review on bb creams that are affordable before.. if you havent seen that yet, you can read it HERE.. Fair n lovely has launched a bb cream few months ago. I was so excited to try this one because it is super affordable..
PRICE : INR 49 for 9gm
SHELF LIFE : 2 yrs.
WHAT DOES THE PRODUCT SAYS
INGREDIENT LIST
It comes in a cute little packaging. It comes in a tube with white plastic cap. It has a pointy tip to get minimal product out of the tube..
It has a typical fair n lovely fragrance. It has a smooth texture to it.. it spreads easily. It has spf 15 which is good..But it enhances the dry patches on the skin. it makes the skin really dry.. it claims that it gives matte finish but there is a difference between being matte and being dry. It makes my skin look dry and it melts away easily when i sweat.
It comes in a single shade and it is too light for any average indian skin tone.. it is gonna suit only people with fairer skin tone. it does not cover any spot or blemishes. it does not cover my under eye dark circles either. when i tried to bulid up the coverage by using more product , it made me look cakey and dry.
It will best suit for people with oily skin and fairer skin tone. by the term '' fairer'' i mean people with almost pale skin tone. Its that light. it does not give any coverage. I use this bb cream as my eye shadow base.. it makes the color more vibrant and pop out really well.
