BEAUTY FROM FRUITS


                                Hi, today am gonna share few tips on how to achieve glowing skin using fruits. fruits not only gives strength to your health but it also makes perfect face mask. it is rich in minerals which makes your skin soft and supple. And the best part is you are not using any chemicals or toxic materials in your skin. It is all natural and risk free :) lets get in to it..

PAPAYA

                   Papaya is rich in vitamin a and it helps in removing dead skin cells. it keeps your skin hydrated. regular application and intake of papaya gives a nice glow and shine to your face. it helps in hair growth also and it has so many health benefits. now how do you use this on your skin? simple...take a piece of papaya mash it well . add a table spoon of honey. apply this in your face and give massage to your face and neck. then leave it on for about twenty minutes. then wash it off. and dont forget to eat the remaining papaya :)

BANANA


                           Banana is rich in anti-bacterial property that helps in curing acne and blemishes. eating a banana helps in curing dry eyes. now lets concentrate on beauty benefits. mash a banana, add few table spoon of milk and a table spoon of honey. apply this mixture in your face and give nice massage and then leave it on for twenty minutes. then wash it. this treatment gives a spotless glowing skin. banana can also be used in hair care. mash a banana and add curd to it. apply this mixture in your hair for an hour. then wash it. this reduces the hair fall and gives shine to your hair.

STRAWBERRIES



                                    Strawberries are rich in anti oxidants and vitamin c. strawberry face mask can treat acne, lighten the skin, reduce wrinkles. it acts as an excellent exfoliant. it can also be used as skin toner. mash a strawberry and add a table spoon of honey. apply this and massage. then leave it on for half an hour. then wash it. it removes dead skin cells and blackhead. it also reduces wrinkles. this can be done twice a week.

ORANGE



                   Being an excellent source of vitamin c oranges works wonders for your skin.orange peels also have beauty benefits. instead of throwing the peel dry it under the sun and grind it. you can mix it with yogurt and use it as body scrub. and store the remaining peel powder. this powder can be applied in hair to treat dandruff. orange is used to rejuvenate the dull skin. extract orange juice and mix it with any face pack that you make. use it as an mixing agent. you will notice a good difference. mix orange juice with curd and apply this in your face and leave it for 10 minutes and wash it. it gives a nice fresh face.

APPLE



                                       Apple is rich in malic acid. which is also called as fruit acid. apple is a good source of vitamin C and A.. it has anti aging property too. mash an apple, add a table spoon of curd, honey, rosewater each. as i mentioned before you can also add orange juice to this mixture. apply this in your face. leave it on for twenty minutes then wash it. your skin will feel soft and supple.
